After three weeks in Spain without being able to get any post sent or washing done- the staff were helpfull and assissted me immediately with my problems. The second most accomodating hotel ive been to in all of europe. Also the chef has great skills in making tasy food- I was surprised. Due to the nature of visiting Lourdes for the Ave Maria.. I would deffinitely suggest this hotel as a great budget choice. Also two out of four hosts had great english!
The facilities at the hotel are rough due to the competition in the town. There are the most hotels pre sq/km in lourdes apart form paris- so its like that there. The breakfast one day was good value and the next deffintely not. The lunch and dinner were a bit costly- but the room was very cheap.

Horrible everything, except location. Wet, cold and extremely uncomfortable in the room. Disgusting bath room with smell of mold. Women at reception drunk every evening. Stay away!!

On entering room, found it was not prepared after previous occupancy. Breakfast should have been full buffet, not just a basket of croisants & breadsticks plus a small jug of coffee at the table.

We received a very warm welcome from the staff, in both French and English languages. The hotel is in a quaint old building with curving stairs and bendy corridors. They are in the process of modernising some areas but the works did not affect our stay at all. The hotel is perfectly positioned, really close to Lourdes sanctuary, the Castle and the shops. There is a nice, very small hotel car park too - a rare find in the city centre.
The hotel was ideal, but the street outside was very noisy, with a couple of boy racers revving past after midnight, and a procession of young people marching to Lourdes sanctuary chattering at the tops of their voices, at 5.30am!

The hotel staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The owner speaks very good english. It is centrally located within easy reach of all the areas you would want to visit. The hotel was clean, well run, the food good and overall it offers very good value for money. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants good value in a nice friendly setting

It was a clean room and the hotel is right in the citycenter. And it was very cheap. Normally I stay at hostels and I pay the same price for a bed in a dormroom. I forgot my charger for my mobilephone in my room. The hotel gets bonuspoints if they'll send it to me. ;)

The staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable
For the price it was quite shabby. The walls were grubby and food stained. It was difficult to find.
